Production Manager

Role description
Ensure that the Production operation is efficient, productive and safe, managing resources and services necessary to meet the needs of customers.
Your responsiblities
  • Plan and carry out the necessary schedules to comply with the monthly production program.
  • Control the cost of production.
  • Develop a training program for employees in your department.
  • Responsible for the operation of Production, Utilities and WWTP process.
  • Define and request the necessary resources to comply with the production program.
  • Conduct improvement plans (PDCAs) related to costs, quantity produced, production deadlines.
  • Conduct and participate on the RCA's related to the Production area.
  • Implement quality improvement, safety and other programs defined by the organization.
  • Perform technical exchange with other plants.
  • Define the responsibilities of direct employees to achieve the objectives.
  • Set priorities for the Maintenance Department and direct employees.
  • Identify your team's training needs and plan their execution in conjunction with the
    Human Resources.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality system related to your department.
Your profile
  • Higher education in engineering with postgraduate studies in the area.
  • Specialization / MBA in Business Management.
  • Skills and Competencies (Technical and Behavioral): Negotiation, Relationship articulation, strategic vision and communication.
  • Understanding the company's business in a systemic way, demonstrating leadership skills, decision making and negotiation. Ability to plan and budget, business plan and investment analysis.
  • Advanced in English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
