Role description
Ensure that the Production operation is efficient, productive and safe, managing resources and services necessary to meet the needs of customers.
Your responsiblities
- Plan and carry out the necessary schedules to comply with the monthly production program.
- Control the cost of production.
- Develop a training program for employees in your department.
- Responsible for the operation of Production, Utilities and WWTP process.
- Define and request the necessary resources to comply with the production program.
- Conduct improvement plans (PDCAs) related to costs, quantity produced, production deadlines.
- Conduct and participate on the RCA's related to the Production area.
- Implement quality improvement, safety and other programs defined by the organization.
- Perform technical exchange with other plants.
- Define the responsibilities of direct employees to achieve the objectives.
- Set priorities for the Maintenance Department and direct employees.
- Identify your team's training needs and plan their execution in conjunction with the
Human Resources. - Responsible for maintaining and improving the quality system related to your department.
Your profile
- Higher education in engineering with postgraduate studies in the area.
- Specialization / MBA in Business Management.
- Skills and Competencies (Technical and Behavioral): Negotiation, Relationship articulation, strategic vision and communication.
- Understanding the company's business in a systemic way, demonstrating leadership skills, decision making and negotiation. Ability to plan and budget, business plan and investment analysis.
- Advanced in English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
