Business Partner Controlling (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Consulting and support on business-related issues as a business partner
- Creation, analysis, preparation, and reporting of all relevant KPIs
- Proactive reporting on the business aspects of planning cycles (forecast, budget, mid-term plan)
- Optimization and further development of the KPIs and reporting system
- Simulation and scenario calculations and support with value-based pricing analyses
- Optimization of goods flows and inventory quantities/operational warehousing vs. strategic inventories
- Establishment and further development of operational and strategic control instruments
- Support in the design of standardized business processes to prepare for ERP redesign
Your profile:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration (B.Sc./Master) or similar
- Several years of professional experience in controlling within an internationally oriented industrial company
- Deep expertise in business controlling (especially material management/working capital) and holistic understanding of the value chain (profit/cost drivers)
- Basic technical understanding and analytical thinking skills
- Structured way of working with a strong understanding of processes
- Strong IT affinity, ideally combined with SAP knowledge
- Hands-on mentality and team spirit
- Strong communication skills and high social competence
- Ability for entrepreneurial thinking
- Negotiation skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus
